Our Cats

Our Kings and Queens are the heart of True North Siberians. Each one has been carefully selected for exceptional health, structure, and temperament that reflect the finest qualities of the Siberian breed. These cherished cats are not only beautiful examples of their lineage but also treated like beloved members of our family. They receive the same care, enrichment, and affection as our kittens, ensuring that every future generation begins with confidence, balance, and trust. Together, they represent the foundation of our program and the promise of healthy, well-socialized kittens for families who share our love of this extraordinary breed.

Health is central to everything we do. Each breeding cat is DNA-tested through a certified veterinary genetics laboratory to confirm clear results for known hereditary conditions. We also perform echocardiogram screenings to verify heart health and support the long-term vitality of our lines.

Vaccination records and test results are available to kitten owners when they leave our home to share with their veterinarian.

Collaboration and Genetic Diversity

At True North Siberians, we believe that preserving the long-term health of the Siberian breed requires both dedication and cooperation. We proudly partner with other reputable catteries to promote genetic diversity within our breeding program and theirs.

Through these trusted collaborations, we occasionally welcome visiting dams or studs into our home. This exchange allows us to expand our genetic lines responsibly while maintaining the breed’s strength, structure, and temperament. It also provides opportunities to learn from fellow breeders who share our commitment to integrity, transparency, and animal welfare.

By working together, we help ensure that every generation of Siberians remains vibrant, resilient, and true to the breed standard. Collaboration isn’t just part of our philosophy—it’s how we strengthen the future of this extraordinary breed.
